Which PMS are supported by Avalon?
Finding the right Business Intelligence tool means to also find one that supports the PMS you are currently using. Avalon support a number of PMS of different providers, and more are being added every other month!
Oracle Hospitality
Avalon is an official partner from Oracle and supports all version from Opera PMS. Most Revenue Managment interfaces require an OXI (Opera eXchange Interface) license which can be very costly. However, Avalon Analytics chose to develop interfaces using other methods to minimize the costs for our partners.
- Opera V5: The on-premises version of Opera is still very popular on several hotels. Avalon uses the scheduled reports to receive data. With this method, Avalon can refresh up to 4 times per day so that you can also understand the pickup trends within the day.
- Opera Cloud V9: The older cloud version of Opera allows us to extract data through the export functionality. Avalon is using XML exports for this PMS that are scheduled to run during the night audit.
- Opera Cloud V20/V21: The newer version of Opera includes the OHIP (Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform) which is the new API developed by Oracle to allow software vendors to develop easy integrations. Avalon has developed an interface using this API which can also be refreshed multiple times per day.
Infor HMS
Our certified interface is compatible with both Infor HMS Cloud and Infor HMS on-premises. This interface allows for us to receive all necessary data and is sent to us on a daily basis during the night audit.
MEWS
This native cloud PMS offers a fully open API which makes it very easy for software vendors to develop interfaces. MEWS users can request a connection to Avalon through the MEWS marketplace. With just one click Avalon Analytics will receive all the necessary data to establish a connection. Multiple refreshes per day are also supported.
RMS Cloud
This PMS provider also offers an API through their Revenue Management module. Users must ensure to have this add-on active to be able to connect to Avalon. The API also support multi-refresh per day.
Accor FOLS
FOLS means “Front Office Light Solution”, it is a PMS developed by Accor mainly for midscale and economy brands. The interface with this PMS is done through a daily export sent after the night audit.
Future and planned Integrations
Avalon is always developing new interfaces and has several interfaces currently in development. Below are the interfaces currently being worked on:
- Protel (planned for Q1 2023): Being one of the major players in the PMS market, Avalon Analytics has started the development to connect to Protel hotels
- Comanche (planned for Q1 2023): This provider is very popular in South-East Asia. The interface will be using daily exports.
- HotelTime (planned for Q1 2023): Being one of the first cloud-based solution, HotelTime has also developed an API available for software vendors to interface with.
- Guestline (planned for Q22023): Having an API available for third party vendors, Guestline offers a very stable interface.
- Cloudbeds (planned for Q2 2023): The open API of CloudBeds and the Marketplace makes it a very good partner for Avalon Analytics to interface with.
